On a good path
From a contemporary shamanic perspective, the path to wellness is being free of spirit-based complex and simple obstacles to good health. That includes transformation to physical and spiritual sovereignty, which is freedom from unwanted energetic debris that sits in the human field and piles up like garbage, blocking free flow of healthy energy. The human body is made up of meridians, chakras and an aura, all of which are trying to function optimally, be vibrant, in tact, clean and flowing to support a healthy body and mind. All the chakras are supposed to be powerhouse generators of energy, rather than be slowed down by one's own litter and other people's cords and energies--from family, friends and acquaintances. Wellness is also a unified soul, full of its own personal power. It's thriving as part of the full circle of life and still being sovereign and whole. Wellness is also being consciously connected to unconditionally supportive spiritual allies that have your back, fend off trouble, let you lean in for help and guidance.
If that's wellness, well then what's illness? The root of illness is the presence of blockages, that trigger imbalance and disunity in and around the spirit. This can present as obstacles, physical illness, emotional illness and energetic baggage--the sad aftermath of shock, trauma, betrayal, worry, and abuse--which can linger energetically, settle in and around the body, and be the cause of spiritual imbalance and disunity--a fracturing of the soul. Part of the soul can walk away, but it can be brought back. It really should be, the sooner the better. A fractured soul is more available to and resonant with the troubled dead who didn't cross over into the after life. There is hope and a way out. Learn about symptoms of soul loss.
